This
fabulous condo is in one of the newest and most popular resorts
on Panama City Beach, SPLASH - Splash Condominium was completed
Spring 2007 in Panama City Beach Florida. It is located on the west
side of Panama City Beach! For a video tour, view below video of
Splash! Splash is less than 2 miles from the fabulous NEW Pier Park!
Luxury accommodations with MANY amenities, this 2 bedroom and 2
full bath fully furnished condo has expansive gulf views as well
as a comfortable size balcony with a large table and chairs.
Our
Reservation Process
At the time of Booking, a Rental Agreement, Tenant Information Form,
copy of Driver's License & $300 Deposit is Due to hold your
booking. We email you these Forms, we hold your dates Tentatively
for a few days to allow you time to get the needed information and
deposit monies to us. Then, at least 30 days prior to your arrival
date, the rest of your rental fees are due. If you are making a
reservation that is within that 30 day time frame, then all fees
are due at the time of booking. You can save credit card processing
fees by making your payments via checks but we also accept credit
cards as well. We use a keyless access system so you will have a
code to use each time you enter the condo - no key hassles! Pool
Bracelets are required to be worn during your stay. Key Cards are
used to enter the Fitness Center. These items are to be found on
the kitchen counter when you arrive and shall be returned there
before you depart or there are additional fees charged. You will
be given a parking pass to be placed easily seen in your vehicle
as well.
We
supply each of our guests with a Welcome Packet that contains all
your needed information and more for your stay with us. Our guests
really enjoy receiving these in the mail. If there is any further
information you are interested in for the area and/or condo, we
are happy to help!

most part unless there are last minute availabilities. Feel

& Check-Out Times
Check-in time will begin after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is at 10:00
a.m. Late check-outs may be arranged only on the date of departure
and are strictly based on availability. Late check-outs will incur
additional charges.
Rental
Terms
Reservations
are made on a first come, first serve basis. We will not rent to
those under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian
or parent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be
subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental
money. No Pets. These are non smoking accomodations.
Advanced
Deposits
We take a seperate $300 Refundable Damage Deposit/Reservation Hold.
This is returned to you within 4 - 10 days of your departure date
provided nothing is missing or damaged. Your Deposit is due at the
time you fill out your Rental Forms in order to hold your desired
time frame. The rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your
arrival date. If it is less than 30 days to your desired dates,
ALL monies are due at the time of booking. You can save the credit
card processing fees if you make your payments via check. We do
accept credit card payments as well.
Hurricane
Policy
Refunds will not be processed unless the National Weather Service/NOAA
has issued a Hurricane Warning for the immediate area in which the
property is located. Blue Sky Days will process refunds for reservation
dates that correspond to the dates of the NOAA issued hurricane
warning.
Standard
Cancellation & Change Policy
Cancellations. Reservations less than twenty-eight (28) days in
length require a thirty (30) day
cancellation or change notice. Cancellations and changes that are
made more than thirty (30) days
prior to the check-in date will result in the refund of the advance
deposit less a $40 cancellation fee.
Cancellations and changes that are made within thirty (30) days
of the check-in date will forfeit full
security deposit. Monthly reservations of twenty-eight (28) days
or longer require a one hundred
twenty (120) day cancellation or change notice. Cancellations and
changes that are made more than
one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the check-in date will result
in the refund of the security deposit
less a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellations and changes that are
made within one hundred twenty (120)
days of the check-in date forfeit the full security deposit.
