Parking for this condo is across the street in the North Parking Garage. We provide you with the parking pass and access code. The crossover above the street that connects the North Parking Garage with Calypso Towers is a fully enclosed temperature controlled crosswalk.

The 14 floor will assure you breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Dan Russell Pier, and the indescribable sunsets over Panama City Beach. Calypso offers two pools (1 seasonally heated) directly on the gulf for your swimming and sunning enjoyment. Between the two is a large, tiki bar providing smoothies, beers, wines, and dry snacks.

Walk down the steps off the deck and you are on the white coral sand beaches of Panama City Beach that stretch for miles in either direction. Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in time will begin after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. Late check-outs may be arranged only on the date of departure and are strictly based on availability. Late check-outs will incur additional charges.

Rental Terms
Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. We will not rent to those under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money. No Pets. These are non smoking accomodations.

Advanced Deposits
We take a $300 Refundable Damage Deposit/Reservation Hold. This is returned to you within 4 - 10 days of your departure date provided nothing is missing or damaged. Your Deposit is due at the time you fill out your Rental Form in order to hold your desired time frame. The rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If it is less than 30 days to your desired dates, ALL monies are due at the time of booking. In order to keep costs down as much as possible, we prefer you to make your payments by check. If this is not possible, we can accept credit cards. We appreciate your consideration!

Hurricane Policy
Refunds will not be processed unless the National Weather Service/NOAA has issued a Hurricane Warning for the immediate area in which the property is located. Blue Sky Days will process refunds for reservation dates that correspond to the dates of the NOAA issued hurricane warning.

Standard Cancellation & Change Policy
Cancellations. Reservations less than twenty-eight (28) days in length require a thirty (30) day
cancellation or change notice. Cancellations and changes that are made more than thirty (30) days
prior to the check-in date will result in the refund of the advance deposit less a $40 cancellation fee.
Cancellations and changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the check-in date will forfeit full
security deposit. Monthly reservations of twenty-eight (28) days or longer require a one hundred
twenty (120) day cancellation or change notice. Cancellations and changes that are made more than
one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the check-in date will result in the refund of the security deposit
less a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellations and changes that are made within one hundred twenty (120)
days of the check-in date forfeit the full security deposit.

Magnificent!!! -Date of Stay August 1, 2011
We have stayed at this unit for the past two years and have loved it! Making reservation is the easiest thing I have ever done. We have everything before we leave for our trip to park and check-in. The unit is incredible. It is immaculate and has everything you need. We will be staying again and can hardly wait.

Our room was just wonderful! Clean, comfortable and lovely view. We had a great time! The only complaint I had was when checking in finding luggage carts was a real pain! Seems like just altering the checkin time a little would have helped this a lot.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. View from the balcony was beautiful as well. The Calpyso is in a great location. We parked our car and didn't move it until our final day. We walked to Pier Park every night. The check-in process was so easy. We will definitely stay in your condo again

Our experience renting from Blue Sky Days has always be top of the line. We have stayed in both of the condos...Our family loves all they offer. Walking to Pier Park is such a plus...very relaxing....It has became our home and would not stay anywhere else in Panama City Beach. The kids love having the bunk room and own space at night when time to relax. The balcony view is to die for. We use to stay on the other end away from everything going on. It was very stressful so finding Rachel and working with her has really made it so enjoyable to even book the condo....We will be back every year and work our vacation around the condo being open for us to rent. That's so much for the use of your condo. The view was awesome and my husband and I had a wonderful time. We sure did not want to come home. We would recommend this condo to any couple. There was so many things to do so close to us. We did not need to drive anywhere.

Hi Rachel! We had a WONDERFUL stay in the condo! Everything was very nice! The condo is beautiful! We loved the balcony and the awesome views! Spent alot of time out there! The weather cooperated. They only called for rain one day, so we planned to shop that day. It ended up only being cloudy and didn't even rain once :) Never saw a cloud after that! Warm temps and lots of sunshine!

The other awesome thing about Calypso is, location, location, location! This was actually the first thing that drew us to this complex. When we were in PCB last year, we spent alot of time at pier park. We knew then, we wanted to stay closer to there. It worked out perfectly this time. We could just walk to so many restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed that!

Thanks again for everything! You were so easy to work with which made things that much more enjoyable for us. I had emailed other people from the VRBO website and even made many phone calls. I was amazed at how many people didn't even bother to respond! We really appreciate your promptness in handling our reservation and questions that came up. We will definately recommend you to others!
