You will love the flexibility of this three-bedroom, two-bath unit because it not only has a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room but has a separate bunk room with bunk beds. It can therefore accommodate a party of eight persons. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and the bunk room contains a bunk bed with twin mattresses. The master bedroom is gulf-front with direct access to the twenty-five foot balcony. So is the spacious living/dining/kitchen area.

Cable/Satellite TV : Comcast Digital Preferred subscription, 160+ channels plus HBO and On-Demand. Two flat-screen TVs (42” Living Room TV and 31” Master Bedroom TV); HD; DVRs; one with blue-ray, 3D, DVD player and the other with DVD player. 3rd TV - RCA 24” with 160+ channels and DVD/VHS player: 4th TV - RCA 22” with 60 channels and DVD/VHS player.

This condo has 1 reserved parking space under your West Tower. If you have an extra vehicle, you can park across the street in the North Parking Garage. We provide you with the parking passes and access codes. The crossover above the street that connects the North Parking Garage with Calypso Towers is a fully enclosed temperature controlled crosswalk.

The 14th floor will assure you breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Dan Russell Pier, and the indescribable sunsets over Panama City Beach. Calypso offers two pools (1 seasonally-heated) directly on the gulf for your swimming and sunning enjoyment. Between the two is a large tiki bar providing smoothies, beers, wines, and dry snacks.

Walk down the steps off the deck and you are on the white coral sand beaches of Panama City Beach that stretch for miles in either direction. The summer water temperature is like bath water and vendors in Panama City Beach offer a variety of water activities such as pontoon boating, jet skiing, Shell Island cruises, etc. But what really makes Calypso special is its location directly beside the City Pier which provides fishing and sea life viewing unlike any other spot in Panama City Beach. Walk the pier on a calm day and you are sure to see all kinds of interesting sea life.

This unit is located just around the corner from the elevators - close & convenient access! This Unit also has an enclosed assigned parking space on the beach (directly under west tower) so it is very convenient to get to and from your vacation rental. Directly across the street is the Calypso beach style restaurant (not affiliated with Calypso Resort) and Fatty's Sandwich Shop (Free delivery to Calypso Guests to your condo, Tiki Bar or Beach!) Calypso Resort and Towers is located adjacent to Pier Park, Simon Property Group’s extensive tropical-feel life-style center. Pier Park brings a new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach. Pier Park boasts approximately 150+ stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venue such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals and Southern Theater’s Grand Theater containing sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating - NOW HAS IMAX. Included amongst boutiques such as Ulta Cosmetics and Ann Taylor Loft are large retailers such as Dillard’s, JC Penney, Borders Books and Music, Target, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and an upscale grocery. In addition there are numerous restaurants including Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Panera Bread Company, Johnny Rockets, Reggae J’s Island Grill, Destin’s Back Porch Seafood House, Longhorn Steak House, and Olive Garden as well as two Starbucks. Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in time will begin after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. Late check-outs may be arranged only on the date of departure and are strictly based on availability. Late check-outs will incur additional charges.

Rental Terms
Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. We will not rent to those under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money and possible eviction. No Pets. These are non smoking accomodations.

Advanced Deposits
We take a $300 Refundable Damage Deposit/Reservation Hold. This is returned to you within 4 - 10 days of your departure date provided nothing is missing or damaged. Your Deposit is due at the time you fill out your Rental Form in order to hold your desired time frame. The rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept checks or credit card. You can save a little by paying with checks to avoid the credit card processing fees.

Hurricane Policy
Refunds will not be processed unless the National Weather Service/NOAA has issued a Hurricane Warning for the immediate area in which the property is located. Blue Sky Days will process refunds for reservation dates that correspond to the dates of the NOAA issued hurricane warning.

Standard Cancellation & Change Policy
Cancellations. Reservations less than twenty-eight (28) days in length require a thirty (30) day
cancellation or change notice. Cancellations and changes that are made more than thirty (30) days
prior to the check-in date will result in the refund of the advance deposit less a $40 cancellation fee.
Cancellations and changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the check-in date will forfeit full
security deposit. Monthly reservations of twenty-eight (28) days or longer require a one hundred
twenty (120) day cancellation or change notice. Cancellations and changes that are made more than
one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the check-in date will result in the refund of the security deposit
less a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellations and changes that are made within one hundred twenty (120)
days of the check-in date forfeit the full security deposit.

Great Condo 1404W Guests - Date of Stay April 1, 2011
It started great with the reservation, dealing with Rachel Stichnoth was a true pleasure, and she was both courteous and responsive. I have stayed at this resort three times now and this was by far the nicest unit yet. It is furnished like a unit where you would not rent it out, super high quality furniture. It was equipped with lot of cleaning product which is highly unusable. I will be staying again. It is across the street from Pier Park, which has a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Outstanding Accomodations - Date of Stay May 1, 2011
This condo was extremely comfortable, clean, well maintained, spacious and had everything we needed and more! It is also very tastefully decorated. The view is awesome, especially in the morning having coffee while watching the dolphins. It was also so convenient to have parasailing and waverunners available right on the property. Rachel was so helpful making last minute plans for us, even changing from the one bedroom unit to this one with no problems. Parking was also a plus w/elevators close.

Relaxing! Date of Stay October 5, 2010
We had a wonderful time at Panama City Beach! The Calypso is so conveniently located right across from Pier Park. This unique place has all the restaurants you need for all types of food, and there are too many shopping places to count. We walked everywhere we needed to go! The condo is absolutely beautiful and so spacious and clean. The only thing we missed at this resort was a hot tub. The beach is just a few steps away from the pool. We loved having an access code to get into the condo and it was so great getting to park underneath the condo near the elevators. Rachel was so helpful in making our vacation a great experience! We definitely want to come back again!

We had a great time!! The condo was wonderful! The view was spectacular, we saw dolphins and sting ray. The private park was fabulous! The location was awesome. My oldest and his friend walked across to Pier Park. Boy did they think they were grown! I can't say enough about the condo. Everyone in our party really enjoyed themselves. We had a great time!! The condo was very nicely decorated. The beds were really comfortable. I was worried about being on the 14th floor, having not stayed higher than the 8th before. I loved it. It was gorgeous weather!!
The gulf was rough with rip currents, but just listening to the waves and watching the weather was so relaxing. We saw a few sting rays, dolphins, and a gigantic sea turtle. That was very exciting. We will definitely be back!!

The only little thing that we noticed was the air in the bedrooms. It was a lot cooler in the living area than the bedrooms. No big deal, we just got some fans and put them in the bedrooms. Just wanted to let you know in case there was a problem you needed to be aware of.

We have stayed at Calypso five times, and this was by far our favorite condo. You will be hearing from us again in the future. I have already told all of my friends and co-workers and given them the vrbo site. I think the girls are going to plan a trip in the spring. We are going to leave our husbands at home, soak up the sun, and have some laughs.
